I have a fear of vomiting

I hold in the vomit so it can be released the other way lol. I woke up sick from drinking expired milk and I could feel the pain in my belly , I have been groaning all morning , a friend of mine said I need to vomit to get it out my system but I’m so scared I’m gonna cry

I hate doing it too, but sometimes after I let it go I wish I had done it sooner to get it over with.
