anyone else take antipsychotics

for many years now i have been taking ablify, -aripripazole, it's an antipsychotic that i take for paranoia, it works, because if i don't take it my delusion and chaotic thinking gets worse....but i was just worried about dangerous side effects?

does anyone else take this tablet medicine and can give reassurances that it's safe to take?

I take an anti depressant during the day and an antipyschotic at night for sleep. It is called Respiredone. You should know the side effects of your medication by now? youve been taking it for so long?

@Isthisit i know i just worry a lot, so far there doesn't seem to have been problems.
