is this real or a delusion

for a lot of my life i have felt that my life is being controlled, believed that women and girls are being told to avoid me, not interact with me and stay away from me....because i have hardly had any luck with women, been mostly rejected by them.....feel avoided by them...and recently on facebook after interacting with a woman for years, which was going well....sending each other nice messages...when she asked for a current picture of me and i sent her one....i haven't heard from her since? and that was 2 weeks ago..

i feel other men or gangs are telling women not to have anything to do with me, and women are obeying that.

is this paranoid by me or could it be true? i am aged 44 now.

this is all in your head. you've made up extreme reasons as to why things don't work out for you. It's easier to believe the paranoia rather than the truth.
You really need to be seeing someone tot all these things out with. I understand its not that simple, but you might need to work on it.
