My mental health keeps worsening

I Don't understand why i am even going to a hospital and seeing a doctor anymore nothing they do is helping for medication like what are they going to do tell me it's okay when it's not? Tell me they understand when they don't? I'm tired and mentally tired and emotionally tired and physically tired and no one in the medical field can help me
