My doctor wants
to increase my depression medication and keep doing the talk therapy a couple times a week for now.

@Poppies he's younger and fairly new only been practicing a few years he was a little reluctant to take on somebody like me but I'm so glad he did he's helped me so much he's gone out of his way he's even come to our house a few times for sessions. I honestly think if he was to move to another state I would probably follow him LOL
