Question about dyslexia
Has anyone got some extra advice or more coping mechanisms to counter the effect of dyslexia? I'm nearing sixty years old and at work they still want me to preform at the level when I was twenty. It's getting more and more difficult. I'm wacked when I get home after six o'clock. Not that I did do tremendous physically efforts, but the amount of concentration there's required at my workplace from 9 till 6 is getting me so tired. Then I have to do my dinner, do some housework, going to see my dad daily who's ninety next year. Is there anyone on here who has some ideas that I haven't been trying yet? Does getting into better shape help with that too perhaps? I'm not young nor a spring chicken, but I would appreciate anything to help me a bit more. I like to stay around in order to be a constant help to my dad, and not be a constant burden to anyone else
