Holy shit I'm not doing well

I don't even know why. Maybe it's January-itis, maybe the fallout from negotiations and the huge victory we got there. Maybe it's the daily horrors of the news. But I am not a happy boy.

The weight is unreal right now 😔. Disconnect as you’re able to and take some deep clean breaths away from the noise. I tried that last bit and the air was so cold it hurt my lungs, but the couple I was able to get were good for the soul.

@PerfectionOfTheHeart Thankfully I live in the cold and the weather is seasonal but yeah I think I need a couple hours out with the dog not the walks around the block we've been doing
