I don't think I can take meds for mental health...

Every kind I've ever tried makes it worse.

Sometimes I wonder if I don't have anxiety or depression at all. Maybe I'm just a screwball and I need to embrace it.

I'm almost one week on the nightmare meds, laying here after work and my shoulders and chest won't stop shaking. I sobbed the entire first half of work. Luckily it's easy for me to hide.

I can't do this.

@MagnumPI he took it personal and would lay into me about everything I did wrong, then five minutes later say I was perfect and act sorry. It gives me the chills thinking about it. By the end of the argument my bad day was eluded and we were babying his ego because "he made a mistake"...
