The antidepressant Sertraline

Does anyone have anything bad to say about Sertraline?

It's good but I feel like it keeps me up at night and sometimes causes anxiety.

I switched from Effexor to Zoloft (sertraline) combined with Abilify in 2009. I did not do well on it. My anxiety was horrible. In the hospital I was given Lorazepam when my anxiety got really bad, but upon discharge I didn’t get that anymore, and no other anxiety meds were working well enough.
I switched to Paxil after that one, and was much more calm

@itsok does Paxil make you gain weight?

@UltimateDemiGoddess yes. But the abilify I was on prior to the Paxil also made me gain weight.
After Paxil I was on Pristiq, and lost all the weight on that one.

@UltimateDemiGoddess I’m not on any ssri’s snri’s or tricyclics anymore. The last antidepressant I was on was doxepin, but I was using it for nightmare management, rather than the MDD.
I am on Prazosin (nightmares), propranolol (anxiety and migraine prevention), and hydroxizine (anxiety) right now
and a hormone supplement

I'm on Sertraline, aripiprazole and zopiclone
