Give an unpopular opinion you think is true:

I think a lot of people invent or exagerrate mental health symptoms just to have somethin ‘interesting’: tourettes, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar. Not saying these aren’t real for a tiny % of people but people are leaning into it and not trying to suppress it

Agreed, I've seen a few adults get these diagnoses and then make it their whole personality.

Everything and anything is now run through the filter of their "affliction".

@TradEmily Many (most??) people with afflictions choose to live with them as best they can and not wave the victim flag. They love their lives as they need to an try to not suck others into their world.
