16th day... (I had a 24h shift yesterday so I didn't post)

I don't have much to say except that I'm exhausted, as usual.

However I really need a push to do these two things:

1) Walk after work. (3.2km) at least every 2 days (which I'm thinking of starting to track it here.)

2) Leave work early so I can finally go to the psychiatrist for my bipolar 2 (everytime I leave it s way past working hours).


I pray things will be okay for me and for everyone here. 🌹
