Not sure how to make a new group?

I wanted to make a group for parents with estranged adult children.
I feel like I'm losing my mind over this and it be nice to have a group to post in with people going through the same thing.
I love my child,but he hates me.
Is there a group here like this already?
Is anyone else interested?
Anyone willing to create such a group who can follow the instructions better than I can to make such a group?
