I am suffering from severe PTSD and have nausea related with it. I hope you never go through what I am going through. However, I took Bonin an hour ago and my nausea decreased by 3/4. I still have nausea but it's less troublesome. I recommend Bonin in case you get any nausea. Do check to see if it will work for you and if your body can accept it. Peace
