Mental health issue

Anyone here suffering from anxiety: did meds help you?
I am actually afraid to take anti anxiety medication and suffer after from side effects.
I would be happy to see some experiences before I take a decision.

Try the lower dose meds and work your way up. The side effects are minimal. With my PTSD they tried the Stellate Ganglion block, ( a shot ) that seemed to help quite a bit. Suffering wastes your life. Take the meds, feel better, and get busy being happy . ☺️
