Stress, worry, overwork.

Just willful ignorance. I can handle just about anything else but if they are deliberately ignorant (about anything that matters) it's impossibly for me to stay silent

Hateful people. I try to understand them, but just can't.

Being irreparably injured by incompetent medical people.

Donuts. Seriously. I can say no to just about anything but them.
