Sleeping pattern

Anyone have specific routines before they go to sleep that help them sleep better during the night?

yes! Medications, water, hop wtr, shower, skin care routine, masturbate, tik tok and sleep. Hop wtr helps a lotttt but I keep finding that its out of stock near me
