I feel sorry for my ex 😔

I just been showed a picture of my ex gf and OMFG she has put on so much weight she is unrecognisable 🙄🙈.

I know she takes a lot of medication so that is probably why but omg I do feel so sorry for her she just looks awful and it generally breaks my heart as when I was with her she was stunning.

Just goes to show you what medication can do I was fat once upon a time so I know what it’s like it’s awful and I know she can’t be happy with how she looks just sad really is sad.

I’m glad I came off all my medication!!
