health situation

Is it bad I put everyone I love and care about before me and my health. I work with people who are disabled and have health injuries I have health problems as well I have epilepsy and I put everyone else I work on before me. Everyone including my family is saying I need to deal with my situation first because the stupid vaccine messed me up really bad and I still have seizures even at work
