My Mental Health

I always think of it as tightrope walking with a few jumps, intermittently, as you go along.

It's sometimes tough for me, sometimes easy. Family issues and lack of confidence are the main culprits. I've undertook Counselling for the last few months has certainly helped.

I have mainly good days, but the odd blip. It's a lifelong fight, it probably never stops.

That's life, right?

You seem to be the exact opposite of the type of person liking self-confidence. It goes to show you. You have to get to know somebody and know what’s going on inside.
