only when it is so severe, that the person is out of mental control.
it is NOTA an excuse it REQURES attention and adaptation
I have been diagnosed with a thing, that does make me behave in way others disdane
so I adapt, to be well

@originnone O do consider it. but i have met so many that surredner to what is going wrong, and use it as an excuse for bad behavior
