Tips for me

Does anyone have tips for me. I want to loose weight. I mostly skip breakfast and dinner. I don't want to have a long workout in one time. I will work out but I don't want to work out 40min in a row. Everyone will just keep coming in my room. While I'm working out im too young to. go the the gym here without a parent. But I have a little park with basic things and a big field I can run laps on.
