@MeowsoliniReturns of course, I posted it public to help people understand people like me, especially if they have that someone in their life already. May is mental illness awareness month and we all have to try and break the stigma even it’s super, duper scary.

@DarkHeaven Thank you so much for being brave enough to share this. I completely agree thst mental illness is stigmatized in this country, though it is just as real and debilitating as any physical illness.

@MeowsoliniReturns ty. 🖤🤗 it’s not all darkness and defeat, though. Mixed within are stories of hope. My wife will sometimes send me these back when we were dating and occasionally even still today.
