Full Day of Self Care

Today was so nice. I started off with an hour long deep tissue massage. Followed by a full body wax, and a deep dish pizza from Jets. That set me up for a nap. When I woke up at 5 I cracked a beer and started cleaning. I danced around, tried on some cute outfits, and listened to music. After that, I jumped in the shower with my favorite toy and got off. Now I’m watching a movie with another beer recalling the full day of self care. I loved today

Wake up early and get some sunlight.
Take a relaxing bath or shower.
Do some light stretching or yoga.

Spend time with loved ones.
Go to bed early and get a good night's sleep.
