Whenever I feel that I let it happen in my imagination. Sounds weird but I get a sort of relief when I imagine it and then I feel like I have truly empathized with myself and my pain and it makes me feel better.
I don't feel that as often anymore though because I have learned to cope in other ways. Trying to express the feelings underneath my craving to SH.
For example where the pain comes from. Is it from something in the past? Present or future?
is it a realistic threat or not?
What would a friend do in my situation?
qiymd ut help to go offline and watch a show or take a nap or shower? Wuyld it help to paint a picture or take a walk?
Maybe some if this can be helpful.
