Nothing in the TOS I'm aware of would stop you from adding a link to the post (tis not naming and shaming, it's a link to a post and as such I believe tis allowed) and I for one would like to flag that flucker.
I agree with LordShadowFire that it's a very hurt person but that does not excuse their comment to you...
