I’m so frustrated

I don’t know why this Jess girl thinks using my pictures is okay, does anyone know her account? Thankfully someone on a different support site told me and asked who I was, the picture she has is me and I can prove it.

@Courtney22 Nuno and Andrew, but you can just go to settings, send a pic with your face and SW username and it will be verified if it's you.
