Overthinking again
Usually at work the sound of the machines drowns it all out, but today is hitting me hard.

I try taking a movie or book I know and playing through each and every part of it as a way to stave off unwanted thoughts. Every time they push at you, focus on telling yourself a story in your head. Might help.
