Are your mental health issues diagnosable?

@Graylight mental disorders are not an accessory, and I have never suggested they are. However, mental health is a scale and we all move up and down it throughout our lifetimes.

@OhIsMe Not according to the discipline itself. While about half of use will experience symptoms of a mood disorder like depression or anxiety, it's not a scale but the development of habits, thinking and often neurochemistry that affects mental health. No one's on a 'flu scale.'

@Graylight I'm not here to argue. The rest of this thread seems to be a nice place for people to talk about what ails them.
