Are your mental health issues diagnosable?

Yes, most of mine have been diagnosed. PTSD, agoraphobia, social anxiety, and depression so far what they say I have. I'm sure there may be more.

@UnholyTranquility that sounds like a lot to deal with. Are you getting support as well as the diagnoses?

@OhIsMe I have a therapist and a pshyc doctor. And an out of therapy support system in place. About a quater of my sessions my wife will come along to learn new tools to help me. But she also has issues, and knew about mine when we met eons ago.
