I’ve been off my meds for like 5 days.

I don’t feel depressed or anything, I feel fine actually, but omg I feel like I have no energy and so irritated and I feel incredibly tired and dizzy.

if u stopped cold turkey you will feel fine at first. but then your mental health will start to plummet, fast.

@deathfairy if she was on SSRIs then that's most likely the case, as it takes time for serotonin levels to go back to how they were before
