I'm Admitting Myself

@UnstableDiffusion Ive committed myself to outpatient twice. I also lost everyone. Ultimately I had to find my own way, but just to take a break from the relentless pain and be around other people that were struggling and coping as opposed to being invisible and alone was nice. You don’t have to cook or go to work. It’s a little reset. I refused meds though, not the way I like to go, but I know meds have helped a lot of people.

It’s okay to be afraid. And the only person you have doesn’t care… that’s a scary, disconnected feeling. But you’ll see that you’re not alone, might even make a friend.

Again, I’m so sorry you feel this way but I believe you’re going to come out feeling differently.

@BrokenAbyss This will be my second time going. They gave me meds last time, but I stopped taking them. They made me feel terrible. My parents are begging me to talk to their pastor instead. I'm not even religious.

Yeah they always shove Christianity down your throat when you say your troubled and lonely. I don’t even go to therapy anymore because I got so tired of hearing that I need to go to church 😆
