I sometimes worry about the mental health of me and my son

We both have diagnosis that aren't accepted by society...yet and as i watch him sleep in peace i think about what happens when we stop being gentlemen? When nature begins to outweigh the nurture...

@HeartlessLove can you explain it to me here or DM me?

@melissa001 i hear voices, paranoid, i have triggers and once i react to these triggers my mood changes and i can become completely unrecognizable

i also have periods of time when i go without sleep feeling on top of the world which they call manic.

other times i have periods of isolation where i can do just fine with no human contact which they call depressive

hence creating a mood disorder in their eyes thus making me bipolar.

i have been medicated and they did help me a great deal in the past and i only take them now if i feel overwhelmed
