I understand that the root of suffering is attachment. I think at first a lot of people misinterpret that meaning. I believe they think you suffer because you are attached, therefore they assume you should detach from your emotions and people
I think it means we are all connected and the suffering is the idea that there is an attachment meaning there can also be a disconnection. When the truth is it is all connected and we are never disconnected at any given time
There is no such thing as a future or past. There are references to points in present. Therefore I am not attached to my experiences or even my perspective I have gained through experiences. I am an observer and all I can do is accept the things that cannot be changed and strive for a better idea for the future which is right here and now
