I stay up until 6 in the morning then I should go to work I come back at 7 i sleep from 8 pm to 11 pm then I can’t sleep anymore.. and it goes ´mon this way. It’s been two weeks now.
From a very young age I got tired of struggling every night to get to sleep. Finally gave-up and became nocturnal, found I was more productive and could focus better at night work with catnaps in-between.
