Do know why are heart rate and blood pressure go up when we feel anger, hate or other negative emotions?

My guess is because when God created us (my belief), he designed us to feel safe, happy, calm and other positive emotions.

Please keep in mind that I did not point out the biological reasons why. I'm speaking more on a spiritual level.

I think it is more of the opposite. Your "God" couldn't give a a flying fuck whether you live or die. It is anger and hate that put you in Hell.

I respect your opinion even though I don't share it. I was in a very dark place 22 years ago. My mom had just recently died and I was very angry at God for taking her from me. But then I realized that God gave her to me in the first place. I also looked in the mirror and realized that I did not appreciate her as much as I should have. You are right. Anger and hate put us in hell. This is why I choose to not be angry anymore. I don't want to go to hell. This is why I choose to love. I don't want to be angry anymore. It takes a lot of energy to go around hating everything and everyone. Life can suck, but it's also very beautiful.
