Change up your sleep space while it’s day time and that way it’s something to look forward to crashing into

Make a safe space. Make it yours. It makes it easier when those feels hit. You can kinda climb on in and just ride it out

I had a girlfriend said stuff like this. Felt it almost always at night.. turned out it was a thyroid disorder. If it is actually the thing you have if you have anything at all.
