I self harmed recently

I cut really bad the other night. I cut my sister and brother's full names into my knee. I just saw them this past weekend, and it always puts me into a depression when i see them. I have no relationship with them, which just breaks my heart. I'm wanting to cut more tonight.

Do you have any way to get help in establishing a healthy relationship with your siblings. It seems the cutting stems from frustration.
