What do you think of doctors preferences for SSRI anti depressant type medication over one that act quickly such as benzodiazepine type ones?
Do you think the SSRI ones are better? for anxiety? and depression? ocd?

benzos are the best for anxiety, but we can't get them here.

@greenknight I'm on one since 2011. Low dosage. Didn't know they were banned in some countries?
