Do people with PTSD tend to have a lot of crazy things happen to them?

Like, does hypervigilance create some sort of self-fulfilled prophecy so crazy things just keep happening to them again and again? People think I go out looking for trouble but I swear, every second of every day, I do everything I can to stay OUT of trouble.

I dont think so i have few friend who have PTSD from bosnian war and Afghanistan, they live normal lives, i think it all depends from person to person i guess
