I can see it may be very disappointing and frustrating in a relationship, as IBHappy says.
Pauly may well be right. Obviously his suggestions won't work for everyone, but as he says obliquely, don't be afraid to try them.
I have to confess though I don't find my own near-impotence and growing barren-ness a problem. I did find it disappointing for a while, but realised I can do nothing about it, and being single anyway it's not worth my worrying about it. I do realise others even if single too, may not agree but I find it best to regard it as just a function of age, like losing my hair, and live with it.
With one friend suffering from MS, another from Alzheimer's Syndrome; and both my parents dying after long illnesses; I can think of far more frightening health prospects than impotence.
