If Viagra fails to maintain hardness, is there any hope?

Penile injections act quicker, last longer, have fewer side effects, and a longer track record than Viagra or any of the pills. You have to overcome the psychological block involving sticking a needle in your penis, and actually see an urologist for a prescription and a lesson on self-injection, but worth it. Been there, done that, wish I had overcome the mental block much earlier.
