From what I my urologist told me, Viagra works by increasing the amount of blood flow to your penis, and that helps you get an erection. However, it doesn't cause erections without sexual stimulation.

So the question is.... what are you doing at your desk to stimulate yourself sexually?

I asked because you said you were sitting at your desk with a boner after taking Viagra. Viagra is not an automatic boner pill... it makes it easier to get an erection, but requires sexual stimulation. I was just curious how one sexually stimulates oneself at his or her the office.
