@pride49 you might want to watch your sugar intake and slow down on it and get tested.. my hub is type 2 i heard it's reversible but you have to really change your eating/exercise habits to go back to normal.. sodas are really bad because they are loaded with sugars.. but if you are able then you should try walking or something for a workout.. my hub cant walk because he has back problems and he has been gaining weight like crazy because he prefers unhealthy food vs healthy foods so 😐
