Last night I cried that much, I created a flood.


Even though, I'm telling my story to help others people overcome mental health issues.

I still get my shitty days. This was me last night after balling my eyes out in bed. When you try to work so hard in life to get where you want to bed to end up in the same circles over and over again because of health issues.

I haven't done a video in a while..maybe I need to do one. They help me vent.

I've seen so many people in social media groups lately posting that they don't know what to do anymore and they feel like giving up.

Sometimes I feel like that too. Last night, after typing this out and venting, I eventually fell asleep.

I'm not going to give up on my mission, so I'm not going to give up on me and life. I'll do what it takes to excel in this world.

I ain't going to let life beat me.

Hi ! Don't think too much, just do it without thinking.
Start doing it without any plan, when its initiated, make a plan and proceed.

If we plan too much before beginning, we tend to never start it.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to help people with mental health issues and still need to cry yourself. You're only human, after all!
