Sure! I mean, they had the judge shop for an entire week before they could finally find one to sign off on an arrest warrant that was completely baseless, and the case is probably going to get thrown out before it even reaches court because he was most definitely there as a journalist, as protected by the first amendment, interviewing protesters, clergy, and worshipers alike. But in spite of all that, DOJ got their meme of the week. 🤷♂
