This must have the consent from local authorities. One cannot open police stations just like that...

Here is the news folks (on both sides of the Canada/US border). If you want to pursue a wealthy lifestyle by trading with other powerful nations, you're stuck with having to be careful how you react to their behaviors at home and abroad.

I saw a piece on this in the Toronto Sun. Doesn’t say much for Canadian sovereignty nor its Prime Minister and his government’s alleged concerns for ALL people within its countries borders.
