has anyone ever taken metabolae? saw an article about it online and decided to try it.

I ordered some online, hope my bank wont make a big deal about it since this is the first time I've ever bought it. I heard it helps your kidneys and blood sugar, I'm in stage 3 and prediabetic, never tried it before, just wondered about it and what it helps with, does it really help like they say it does? and how?
