Anyone here take Pentoxifyline?

It's a medication to help blood flow and subsequently minimize pain for many issues.
My sister was prescribed it for the horrible neuropathy in her feet, but she still can't get a true answer from a doctor or pharmacist if it lowers sugars. She's on edge about taking it , because she's so insulin sensitive.
Any feedback welcome..

Found this for you Coral.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4546105/

Pentoxifylline therapy reduced proteinuria and improved glucose control and insulin resistance without significant change of serum TNF-α in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Therefore, pentoxifylline is a potential therapeutic alternative for treating diabetes and diabetic nephropathy.

But I'll keep looking. I got an answer from AI but I've been finding AI is usually not entirely correct.
