what vitamins or supplements do you take or recommend

there are so many on the market, it's hard to know what is good for you and what isn't...i just take an omega fish oil with added multivitamins capsule daily.

I take vitamin D3 in winter but it's recommended to me by doctors and I have levels measured every year.
Other than that, when I feel the need: B-complex, magnesium bisglycinate, zinc, probiotics
