do you always say 'I'm okay' anyway ? ..I do usually

I don't say "I'm okay" if I am really in bad shape like I was a few weeks ago.

@Musicman Thanks. The pain I was feeling a few weeks ago was entirely physical. At times, walking or siting produced excruciating pain. I could stand or lie down with little or no pain. Surgery fixed it, so I'm fine now.
